HOW PAYBILL WORKS
PayBill offers merchants a way to get paid without an integration. Using PayBill a merchant creates a bill for their customer via a page in the African Payment Solutions Back Office admin website. On this page they would enter the customer’s name, email address and the amount owed. The African Payment Solutions system would then send an email to the customer’s email address. This email contains a link to a secure payments page. When the customer clicks the link they are taken to the secure payments page where they can complete the payment. The merchant is notified when a payment is completed and can check which PayBills have been paid using the African Payment Solutions Back Office.
